Durgama Takeover

Reporting from Battletraining versus Yu Jing troops for Cameliard Scenario:

Our Allies requested a battle Training for their warfare at Cameliard, wich we offered with pleasure. We have to improve a lot to keep up with em is what I can say in advance.

A quick resume:
Due to better espionage the Nomad forces opted to go first. In retrospective, a mistake. But the plan was to storm into the Armory and let the opponents come at us.

Turn 1:
The Chimera died in reactive fire by from a Long Ya, Morlocks smoke a lot to get out of deployment and to cover the Riot Grrls and Avicenna advancing the Doors. The Taskmaster takes a shootout with the Mo Wang which nobody can win.

The Rui Shi emerges to kill a Morlock and the Lunokhod, covered by smoke. The Mo Wang tried to shoot the Riot Grrl, but fails. So no outcome again. A Liu Xin fails his landing and takes a picknick for the rest of the Mission. Rui Shi and Lu Duan securing the Room, with a Monk in the middle of a room. Both drone are standing in a door, the Rui shi killing Avicenna. First two points for Yu Jing.

Turn 2:
A Morlock, covered in smoke kills the Lu Duan using his Chain Rifle, but gets shot in Return fire. The boarding shotgun Riot Grrl kills the Monk and puts the Rui Shi unconscious, establishing Nomad presence in the room. The Taskmaster moves towards the room and downs the Long Ya, guarding the left flank. The Riot Grrl with the Spitfire moves into the room too and damages both drones further, but cannot kill them.

The Mo Wang moves in Cover and peaks around a corner to shoot at the Riot Grrrl, taking her out after some shots. The Monstrucker repairs both of the drone, using Command tokens and his Palbot. Again, Yu Jing secures the room. A Zero spots a Kuang Shi and kills him but dies by a Chain Rifle. A last nail for the coffin, the Taskmaster is slain by the Mowang, who has serious fun abusing the Arsenal rule and found a new love in his Flammenspeer.

Turn 3

The Riot Grrl with boarding shotgun kills both the Rui Shi and the Lu Duan again. The Custodier moves to the room and fulfills the secret mission, retrieving Data from the unconscious Monk. While moving into the room, the Mo Wang takes a pot shot at her with his favourite Weapon, putting a blast at the Taskmasters corpse, the Riot grrl still standing and the downed One. After the dust ist settled, only the Grrl with boarding shotgun stands. But she gets carbonited by the Dao Xin Operator.

The Monstrucker manages to repair both drones…again. So Yu Jing dominates the room once more. Mo Wang is having way too fun in shooting unlimited templates at Nomad forces and kills the Sin Eater. Finally he advances to the room, shoots the Riot Grrl in the back killing her. He picks up the unconscious Monk, making the secret Mission Rescue and takes two hits by the last surviving Nomad, a Moderator.

So it ends 10-1 for Yu Jing. But the game wasn´t that clear. The Riot Grrls did a great Job, tanking so many hits and killing stuff, but i kinda misplayed them actively. The Taskmaster is a bit underestimated I think. Especially in Missions like Armory, where he can advance with two Morlocks throwing smoke in a haris team. I think I will give the list a go in the second phase again, as its a hell lot of fun to play.
