Durgama Takeover

In our efforts to learn N4 we’ve just playing through the core missions in order. This battle was SUPPLY BOXES, as represented (once again) by vintage Lego computer consoles.

I got incredibly lucky with my deployment zone and the supply box placement. I was able to park my fireteam in such a way that Shamash’s specialists couldn’t easily get to them without crossing a line of fire. I’d hoped my Kameel could hold the right flank but it turns out an Asura can more-or-less just walk through rifle fire without any real difficulties.

I managed to blast the Asura with a few missiles, and the Kameel (freshly reconstructed by my Najjarun and his trusty Nasmat assistant) was able to take care of the Sophotect. It was just an absolute sweep everything Shamash had left was thoroughly blasted off the board.

All in all a weirdly close game despite me not having lost any models and scoring all possible objective points. Shamash basically failed every roll at the most critical time.
