Concerned O12 commissioner, we are sorry to hear that your inspection team did not return safely from their visit to Darpan Xenostation. Durgama is quite dangerous right now, but we can hold out hope that their bodies will be recovered after the conflict. For your convenience, please find a copy of the report they were going to file before their mysterious and coincidental disappearances.
ALEPH is following its directives both in letter. There are NOT an unauthorized quantity of combat remotes and unregistered posthumans on-site, and strategic protocol AIs are NOT permitted to casually stroll around in asura-pattern lhosts when not engaging in combat with the combined army.
The entire facility is in use, even the east half which is NOT contaminated with hazardous radiation leak.
The facility's equipment, particular netrods, are treated with care and respect and are NOT used to project classified tones and frequencies that trigger the firing mechanism in mad traps. Netrods are only ever removed by certified recovering technicians and NEVER forcefully ripped out of the ground to hastily remove evidence.
Lab safety procedures are ALWAYS followed. Live K1 ammunition is NOT used in the firing range, let alone on O12 personnel and equipment.
IT security procedures are ALWAYS observed. There are NO on-site computer viruses that cause hacking devices to detonate inside a person's head or erase a remote's network drivers.
Consent is ALWAYS obtained from visiting personnel before administering experimental medicines, NONE of which is engineered to induce a mental state of compliance and malleability.
At NO point did automated and aspect site security engage in a firefight with the inspection team. There are strict safety protocols to prevent such things.
Once more, we offer our condolences to the loved ones of the O12 inspectors. Whatever their fate was, we can all take comfort in the fact that they were definitely NOT murdered to cover up illegal activity by ALEPH.
