Interventor Command assets uncovered details of clandestine research being conducted at Zebu. Naturally this information and possible patents generated from such are potentially of great value to Praxis and various Tunguskan investors.

A cross functional force consisting of assets from each mothership was dispatched to investigate. Given the stakes and time sensitive nature of the operation, Armored units from both the Gator and Szalamdra squadrons were assigned to sweep and clear the perimeter while specialist hacking resources attempted to infiltrate the station.

Upon arrival, it was noted that all vegetation in the immediate area was absent, down to bedrock. A particularly virulent biological weapon or automated defense was fully engaged in theater.

Initial contact with hostiles was revealed by armour piercing rounds ringing off the freshly painted curiass of the Gator NCO. It became apparent that “Peacekeeping” response forces from O12 were active in the area and obviously attempting to contain or destroy the valuable research and specimens contained within.
Not long after contact the structural remotes attached to the group in rear guard began to succumb to the Plague, oxidizing and igniting batteries and payload in the taskforces Vertigo and Zond bot assistant. The O12 forces faired worse losing a third their number to the biological BBQ, while pushing into the station.
The O12 taskforce was lead by none other than Aleph’s most cunning puppet, Hector. The remote PiWell was able to stun this abomination in the main station corridor before falling to an Epsilon operatives HMG fullisade. This sacrifice permitted operative Jazz to download telemetry and spotlight the O12 Lietenent before being engaged by the brute. Eventually falling; the Interventor LT, and Operative Zoe managed to keep him pinned through constant Hacking responses. The lone survivor of the initial outbreak at the Zebu facility was located and secured as extraction teams arrived and all Nomad assets tactically quit the field having achieved several key objectives.
