Under the venerable Dom
Hasht, we set out from our home, Paradise-Jena Enclave ("Paradiso").
I was excited, since the EI itself asked us to participate in this
operation. On top of that, I was elevated to the rank of mentor
during our flight, and given my own little command.
Our ship has taken position
in a debris field. We are so close to our first target, the
"Raveneye", that I imagine I can already smell the human
stench.
Our enclave is making a lot
of progress infiltrating the station as well as the planet. I hate
this constant proximity to the humans, the constant noise and their
disgusting stench. I long for the day when I step over their corpses.
A new mission "artifact
action". We are allowed to sabotage the "PORT FIRE CONTROL
MODULE" on the Raveneye. The parameters are to be changed so
that the Nomads currently holding the part of the station , fire more
often at their allies.
I have moved my
infiltrators into position. They will make our access much easier.
Something is wrong with
this mission. I received named reinforcements an hour before the
mission began. Viktor Messer, Oktavia Grimsdottir , Aida Swanson ...
why greade them? They don't fit the profile of the mission at all.
The enemy has already been
waiting for us. We encounter heavy resistance from the Bakunin people
as soon as we enter the facility. Disgustingly disfigured demons that
are barely recognizable as human.
On the left flank, where I
have taken up position myself, a fire team rushes directly at me. A
feint! The Haiduk, who was assigned to protect me, is directly
surprised by an infiltrator, and leaves his mortal shell after some
exchanges of fire.
Next, the aforementioned
fireteam, which I could idendify as Wolfgang, Fiddler and a Riotgrrl,
rushes towards my Caliban. They forced him to give up his position
and defeated him in close combat.
Octavia on the right flank
reacts with lightning speed and manages to take out a Morlock
stalking in the smoke. and defends her flank single-handedly.
Our medic is less
successful and is hit in an exchange of fire with Wolf.
What, now we have to file
battlelogs too just because the weirdo got himself shot? That's paid
for, isn't it?
Yes our "heroic
leader" got himself shot by the bad wolf and I got my new leader
role.
The reason why I took it is
because Vikor Messer seems to have betrayed us. He didn't carry out
any order to hack the enemy. However, it looked to me like he made
contact with Fiddler. The bastard really brought us here to die, just
because he wants to have a coffee with some nomads.
At the same time he watches
in peace of mind as Fiddler throws mines at us.
Yes, that's why it was hard
to think of something like a counterattack.
I was just able to clear a
few mines to clear the way for the icadron. The two shrouded tried to
shoot Wolf again, but could only give him a small flesh wound.
Yes, someone managed to
take out a moderator. I think the other Haiduk did the best job.
The nasty raid commando
takes out one of the Shrouded in a totally complicated way, under the
protection of eclipse's grenade, and kicks my viral mine, which also
kills one of them.
Then it rumbled quite
nicely on the Raveneye. No idea what happened there. Anyway, all of
us, including Bakunin, took the opportunity to retreat.
This shit Vikor Messer is
in any case prefered to go along with Bakunin.
We unfortunately had to end
the game after 1.5 rounds for personal reasons in mutual agreement.
We ended with a score of
2:1 for Tristan228 because he managed to get his Classified
objective.
Very interesting take on a report. I enjoyed the style!

Great report!
Interesting report style. Nice and well written. Keep it up.
Great style of report, very enjoyable
@Dom
well, we expect him not to die… 😀
Great report!
Interesting narrative style of a logbook. I quite like it. Good pictures too!
be careful, it seems dangerous to have Vikor around. … the guy just doesn’t do what you would expect him to do
I really like the logbook style of your report.
Especially the part of Victor Messer’s betrayal, we’ll take care of him and since we’re not the monsters you think we are you might get him back alive if he’s of no use for us anymore. Albeit not neccessary in one piece…
