Durgama Takeover

Yu Jing wins initiative and chooses to go first. Morat deploy second.

A Haris of vulcan shotgun Oznat and two Gakis sets up on left flank. Nearby a Daturazi and plasma Q Drone are posted inside the building, watching the AC2. A Core link is in and around a building on my center right, with the HRL Suryat in building looking down a long hallway, two Vanguards spaced in the same room, and the Kurgat and Dartok are outside. My Raicho and Ikadron are posted in cover on the far right, where Sun Tze mk2, a Warcor, and obvious Long Ya camouflage marker are overwatching a long firelane across the middle of the board.

Yu Jing advances a monk, Blue Wolf TAG, Monstrucker, and camouflage markers along the left, stopping to use the left side panoply. The Blue Wolf gets an EXP CCW after a couple of false starts, and the Monstrucker gets enhanced move speed. The TAG ends the turn in suppression fire.

The Ikadron rounds the side of a container to attempt to discover the Long Ya since it is a credible ARO threat to the Raicho, fails the Discover check, and is sent unconscious back in cover by return fire from Sun Tze. The Oznat and Gakis advance, with the outside Gaki pausing while still in cover, and the Oznat and other Gaki advancing inside to the nearest door to the Blue Wolf. They open the door and the TAG AROs with a flamethrower, while the Long Ya reveals to ARO with a Flammenspeer. All three Haris members successfully dodge. This brings the Oznat into CC with the Blue Wolf and advances the Gakis into position to melee when the fireteam activates during its next order. In the ensuing melee the Blue Wolf sends the Oznat unconscious. The Gakis remain engaged with the Blue Wolf, and the Q Drone uses the opportunity to open an interior door so it can watch both the AC2 and enemy TAG. The Raicho activates, gunning down the Warcor, Long Ya, and a Chaiyi Yaokong flash pulse bot. This opens a path for the Rasyat to drop at the back of the Yu Jing DZ, where he attacks Sun Tze out of cover and sends him to NWI. Sun Tze attempts to hit the Rasyat with a nanopulser but the Rasyat Dodges. The Raicho activates again, gunning down Sun Tze outside cover. The Rasyat repositions to make a run on the Yu Jing AC2 and Morat pass the turn.

Yu Jing is in Loss of Lieutenant at the top of turn two. My opponent advances the monk inside the building, where he is blasted to dust by the Q Drone down a long hallway after failing to throw smoke. Two camo markers advance, revealing a Yu Jing beasthunter who enters melee with one Gaki, and a Daofei who sets up to complete a classified card. The Blue Wolf and Beasthunter cooperate to take down one Gaki, and then the Blue Wolf activates against the other but loses the FtF, taking a wound. The Q Drone AROs in plasma blast mode, which kills the Beasthunter but also obliterates the surviving Gaki and unconscious Oznat, while the Blue Wolf tanks the damage. The Blue Wolf berserks into the Q Drone, taking another wound but destroying the drone. It then activates again, berserking the AC2 and damaging it. The Daturazi dodges into CC with the Blue Wolf. The Blue Wolf activates again, destroying the AC2 but taking additional wounds from the Daturazi’s ARO and dying on the spot.

During the Morat second turn the Raicho vaults onto a large crate and eliminates a Kuang Shi from a rooftop where he was watching the Rasyat’s approach to the Yu Jing AC2. The Rasyat advances and brings down the Celestial Guard Kuang Shi handler, then moves into position to detonate the AC2 but is brought down by a Kuang Shi’s chain rifle. At this point the game is called, ending the game with a 10-0 win. Yu Jing has completed 1 Classified, destroyed the Morat AC2, protected its own AC2, and activated the panoply more times.
