What a strange game, both for me and my opponent. So I lost the initiative and my opponent decided to deploy 2nd and choose the side. I went first. I kept outside 2 of my troops (Umbra and Greif). When I saw more or less where is threatening pieces were I placed my Greif near his fireteam and my legate near his HVT to make an easy 1 point from the classified…. oh how was I wrong: it took me 5 order to make 2 wip roll and an additional one to get the Umbra in holomask.
Then I tried to kill his fusilier msr with my unidron ML. First shot and he wounded my troop but with nco nexus engeneer converted lt order i was able to take it back, reformed the fireteam and shot back to the enemy sniper this time wounding it. Now I wanted to take out his HMG fusilier and tried with my greif to get closer, and this is when a camo marker appeared, but I decided to risk it and shot twice to the hmg and once to the 7 point rem. 1 hit from my enemy but the armor holded. Now he activeted his uberhacker and shot my impersonator, but I dogded then I even won some FtF with the swiss guard but his arm was too high while it advanced out of cover until after like 4 orders he was able to take my grief down. Now with his paramedic he revived the sniper and got back to 5 man fireteam and this time, but this time he started to shot with his hmg: it took him 3 order to take down the unidron (once he hit me 5 time and passed all the armors). Now he advanced with the Hexa hacker and was able to activate a console, and with his last order he did a coordinate and swiss and hexa went back in camo. I now used 3 orders to activate the console without getting any aro and going back to marker state. I then moved to cover advancing and discover+shot the swiss that hacked back to have the maximum bonus to the roll and after wounding the HI once I killed the flash pulse rem. I then tried to kill the swiss with blast mode he saved both and killed my umbra with a critted DA. More or less I had lost but maybe I could do something until he moved his swiss forward destroyed the server with my AI and than proceed to kill an Imetron and Bit (he was even hit by the adhesive but passed the ph check).
Lost but tons of strange dice rolls
