Durgama Takeover

This battle was a quick and dirty. Because our last game at cameliard lead us to throw a narrative about chasing digital echoes and finding out what happened as my white banner rushed back to cameliard my i.s.s decided to look deeper..

Hsien Syu walked up flanked by her corporate security officers. She was taking control of this operation. She had known of the biotech virus released here and she was sure it was to cover the tracks of the insidious alien threat.

Well she wasnt having it. Sending her forces up the line she was ready to rush the main facility and crush the remnants of the aliens left and discover what it was they released this virus to protect.

Turn 1, combined kept initiative
Yu jing chose to have them deploy first.

Due to our table we really really didnt have alot going on turn one. We mostly ran up to the building on both sides. one tiaga got popped and that was all.

Hsien Syu was right! The aliens remained here! They purposely drew the yu jing forces away! She was elated as her agents moved up. She was seeing contacts on her holo map and hearing about movement from her troops. She was sure they would win the day, and finally discover what it was the combined were hiding.

Turn two I’d when things got hard up. The fireteam for combined moved forward and tried to hack the fast action cat, it ended up getting immobilized but shook it in aro when another seedboi moved across its zoc and lof. They had a few people in the building with my forces and they worked very hard to shoot taiga missles at my forces. They got the spitfire celestial guard, but the rest survived.

My turn saw the deva and dakini move up, and after a moment the deva with killer hacking device killed the shavasti hacker (putting into unconcious) and the kanren ran up and cut a taiga in two before getting blown to pieces by the other aliens. My Hsien ran up and with the CSU dominated the middle. So the su-jian got ready to run out and deal with the situation

Gunfire,smoke and death. That was what erupted all around the Hsien and their group. It was like the second they passed a threshold the world erupted into catastrophic chaos. She would bring order back to this fight. Pushing through she ended up killing one of their leaders in one on one sword combat. She heard the sounds of conflict outside. The kanren’s death screams. She directed the su’jian to go and avenger her…

Turn three saw the sphynx get close and pass a total control test from my celestial guard hacker. It through my opponent off as they thought the taiga ate her…but it ate the spitfire. From there they casevac a couple units and bricked up in a corner.

My su’jian brought about immense destruction. Popping the corner and killing most of the remainder of the fire team in gunfire then going to punch one to death. Was trying to get the classified to kill two models with melee…while I did drop it to unconcious it wasnt dead and I only was able to kill the one model all game in close combat.

It ended in a draw! It was a rough and tumble time though for sure!

Part of me loved it cause it was a rough game, which meant my opponent was learning and growing very quick which is awesome to see!
