Reports of xenos propaganda reach too many ears and result in an unfortunate clash as an ALEPH joint task force butts heads with another force dispatched by the Invincible Army

I try to drop the Garuda behind enemy lines but whiff and have to do the walk of shame. Instead the Garuda removes the flash bot that moved up and goes after the Haris in the middle, removing the Zuyong HMG and wounding Krit after burning the entire combat group's orders.

Also, I attempted Follow-up with the Proxy Mk.5 but whiffed

The Haidao hacker Data Scans my Garuda, before the Zhencha knocks out the Garuda (but not permanently). Most of the remaining orders are spent moving the Core fireteam with the Haidao sniper off the high ground into the middle as well

The Proxy Mk.1 goes forward to fix the Garuda covered by Machaon's smoke. The Garuda gets rid of the Zhencha(very lucky for me), followed by the Son-Bae and the Zhanshi Engineer. However, the Son-Bae refuses to take the 3rd wound and remains as a wreck on the field. The Naga hacker tries to kill the Haidao hacker but only succeeds in dealing 1 wound to it. Dart tries to finish the job on the Haidao but whiffs and ends in an exposed position

Oh and I get Follow-up this time round.

The Zhanying gets rid of Dart from its vantage point with its LT orders, freeing up the Haidao hacker to move. After getting healed, the Haidao tries to fight the Naga hacker but I reveal the Proxy Mk.2 lurking nearby as well. After a few tries and a bit of luck, the Haidao winds up wounded again and Isolated as well. At this point my opponent is running out of orders, so the only thing he can do is haul the disabled Son-Bae back to safety to score Rescue

Machaon moves up with the Mk.1 Engineer, covering the approach with smoke again. The Mk.1 reaches the Sabotage target before blowing up the flashbot disabled on Turn 1 for half of Predator. Machaon goes after a nearby Zhanshi on a suicide run against multiple AROs to score Predator. He chops up the Zhanshi at the cost of just one wound, bagging me the win.
