Overview
• Mission: The Armory
• Forces: Jurisdictional Command of Corregidor versus Svalarheima’s Winterforce
• Deploy First: Corregidor
• First Turn: Corregidor

The CJC-Forces:
This special mission required fast and reliable troops who can fight in close quarters and also are able to obtain the mission objectives from the guard outpost. So a Haris-Squad around Senor Massacre covered by Moran support was deployed close to The Armory room. This action squad should be covered by barrage fire of the Mobile Brigadas Heavy Machine Gun as well as the cyberware strength of Jazz and Valerya.
The List: Corregidor Durgama The Armory

The Svalarheima Forces:
Highly mobility troops paired with high sustainability are deployed to defend the advance of the nomad forces.

“—Incoming Transmission—
This is Colonel Mandrake reporting a successful strike against the PanOceanian forces from the Winterplanet of Svalarheima.

While on duty on defending the Raveneye orbital station I received a call for help from the Yu-Jing intelligence down at Consilium Prime. Our network agents could locate the incoming signal from the guard outpost at Cameliard, deep down in the jungle. Since the Yu-Jing belongs to our “allies” as stated in the Durgama Defense Coalition, I send a small striking force down to the planet. Hopefully, they can support the forces in the jungle with their infiltatrion knowledge and capability to dominate a zone operation whatever is guarding the outpost.

So the Jaguar action troop, led by their outstanding leader Senor Massacre, was able to get really close to the objective room. Rumor said, some alien artifacts were stored here, and it would be interesting for our own intelligence when they have those artifacts in their hands. Two Morans covered the flanks of the battlefield and observed the enemy forces during their approach and made the way free for another mercenary dog warrior who voluntarily reported for duty for this mission. His high mobility and his extraordinary strength was warmly welcome for this mission, so he also deployed on one flank of the battlefield, ready to charge into the enemy lines and bring havoc and confusion.

A Mobile Brigada was placed to give barrage fire to cover the area around the objective room while Jasmin “Jazz” Caticovas and Valerya Gromoz set up their cybernetwork.

Shortly after the last troop arrived the battlefield, Tearlach “Dearg” McMurrough used his high mobility to run on the right flank straight to a Karhu. He didn’t saw any danger in the enemy trooper even though he carried a Feuerbach. Successfully dodging all incoming shot he was able to release a load of Chain Rifle shot onto the Karhu while his only option was to answer with a pistol. Then the worst case happened. McMourrough got 2 heavy hits from the pistol which left him heavily wounded on the jungle ground and by miracle the Karhu survived the chain rifles. With McMourrough eliminated the Mobile Brigada moved close and release a heavy barrage on a Nisse, who stands ontop of a roof. The Nisse failed their shots but luckily the brigade hit and took the Nisse down. Meanwhile Senor Massacre moved closer to the objective room and took position in case someone opens the door.

In return, the PanOceanian forces also tried to move closer to the objective room. The Karhu moved a bit to take out the nomad total reaction remote, who was waiting for enemy movements. The chance were low, very low but somehow the remote managed to critically hit the Karhu, leaving him dead on the jungle ground. With now limited possibilities an Orc Trooper surrounded by a Knight Hospitaler and a Knight of Justice were able to reach the Mission room. The Knight of justice opened the gates and the Orc entered the room. This was the moment Senor massacre and his jaguars were waiting for. They ambushed the orc with their chain rifles and granades leaving the orc dead. Sadly, two jaguars AND Senor Massacre took lethal hits from a shotgun blast but their sheer will kept them alive for a few more moments. The room was empty but the regeneration skill of Senor Massacre brought him back to life and he was able to control the Zone of Operation.

This close quarter fights in the mission room were observed by Wulfgang Amadeus Wollf, also a Mercenary Bounty Hunter seeking for glory and loot. The moment he saw them all dying in the room he ran forward to provide help. He was able to reach the room and set up a dangerous trap for every enemy trooper who will try to enter.

Meanwhile Senor Massacre was able to pick up a Mobility Upgrade Kit out of one of the Panoplies stored in the mission room. With now outstanding move capabilities he charged into the Knight of Justice and engaged him in close combat.
The Mobile Brigada on the left flank was able to take out the Knight Hospitaler and so, secured the area around the objective room.
Being pushed that far away the PanOceanian forces gathered their strength and attacked once again. This time a Member of the Vargar Security Team move close and shot his way free until he got into the room. Senor Massacre died, the moran also died and even Wulfgang was not able to stop this brutal procedure. This was a moment of success for Svalarheima and they were able to dominate the zone of operation.

This was the moment to shine for the nomad forces. Small chances to get into the room, limited possibilities but a good morale and self-confidence. You don’t need more to achieve your goals. The remaining nomad toops, led by the shining Mobile Brigada moved from the left straight into the mission room and killed the Varg Soldier who guarded the objective room. Now with a bulky Heavy Infantrie, supported by Jazz and Valerya, the Victory could no longer taken out of hands.
The Panoceanian forces tried one last attack with a locus, but this was also a failure leaving his burning body on the floor.

What seemed to be an easy mission was indeed a hard fighted victory with a lucky outcome for our Glorious Nomad Forces. But nevertheless, we were able to dominate the operation zone as well secured the alien artifacts for further studies.

We will now moving our troops back to the Orbital station Raveneye, where our strength is heavily needed. The fight is not over yet, hard days will come and the alien forces throw one attack wave after the other to all humans defending Durgama and Raveneye.
