Certification for the new Starmada recruits.
Captain Uma Sorenson had a fusilier approach her and say something quietly. Uma then turned around “Boss, the O-12 rep is here”…Major Bolt turned around from his reports freshly returned back to Concilium making an impromptu push to reclaim the Sensor Module and encountering Kosmoflot and opening communication channels with them after an extensive amount of drinking afterwards. His elements were elsewhere after that last mission and he’d been assigned to coordinate the new formed International Concilium Assistance Force’s Conventional Warfare Training wing. “Send him in” and after some time Uma Sorensen returned with the O-12 the rep was a small office looking man compared to the type who had spent time with in the Red-K group Neoterran Bolt’s. Bolt took control of the situation by opening up first…It’s good to remind these folk who’s house they are in “Good Afternoon Officer, I’m informed you’ve got a new batch of recruits whom you need certified to conduct conventional warfare against the Combined Army?” Bolt turned leaned against his table with arms crossed. “Yes we do…We’re rapidly needing fresh recruits certified before they can join the fight…its all process and bureaucracy you see.” The man in glasses said
“What are you hoping to achieve?” Bolt moved around the table to his weapons locker. The smaller man replied “The training request form states they are needing to achieve objective control certification for an Anti-CA operation in a few months time post these conflicts”.
“That’s fairly simple…I’ve got volunteers who needs some re-training after they were charged for un-soldierly conduct on Concilium. Meet me in 30 minutes out on the training field to begin”. Bolt grabbed his shotgun and Hacking equipment, walked outside and activated his Bulleteer from it’s charging station.

On the training field…He jumped into the Broadcast system. “Greetings one and all…I am Major Bolt…We are here to certify these fresh Starmada operatives in conventional Warfare. All troops have been issued sim rounds to ensure maximum reality without loss of life we are all allies here!” 11th Conventional Warfare Training Unit form up and occupy your defensive positions. Fourth Marines you forces will act second so that you may observe and learn to ensure maximum training value for your education and survival.” Bolt dropped his visor and linked up with his Bulleteer. “Let’s get this party started” He proceeded to load his classic rock AC/DC playlist up and got to observing these freshies. Bolt looked to his off-sider “Üma give them hell, pull back if you’re going too hard though…We’re here to build rapport and get these guys over the line”. She walked away activating her camouflage uniform “Roger that boss”

NCA Deployment – The Fusilier Core with Sniper deployed to provide oversight onto the tech coffin and the left hand side Antenna. Bolt and his Bulleteer deployed on the right flank to push on the right hand Antenna. The Squalo deployed centrally to be able to engage whatever elements were deployed on either side. Bolt’s Machinist mate from many times he’s joined his Bolt’s on operations deployed with his Palbot to tend to the Squalo and Bolt’s Bulleteer. The Fugazi’s deployed into various locations across the battlefield. Aida deployed forward next to the left Antenna placing a Viral Mine nearby.

NCA Turn 1

Bolt move’s his Bulleteer out to engage Andromeda who was asked to guide the new recruits through the exam. She was in suppressive and the odds were fairly consistent over two order with Andro managing to put the Bulleteer unc with one round. The Squalo decided to open up and proceed to engage her from long range putting her out of action. The Squalo then proceeded to engage the Security Core that was deployed opposite and putting Cho, who was holomasked as a Kappa Paramedic, followed by a Raveneye Officer. He looked to engage the Kappa Hacker but the sim-rounds simulation effects failed and the HAcker just shrugged off the rounds.

Uma pushes forward over to the Left antenna activates it to force Starmada to recover it. Uma then pushes into Starmada’s battle space and managed to achieve some level of net-undermining before pulling back into a secure location ready for next turn. Squalo re-deploys to engage the Zeta and both take a wound in the exchange.

Starmada Turn 1

Zeta loads up its rounds moves to engage the Squalo. After a number of managing to put rounds down range back on the Zeta which manages to pass the saves. The Squalo suffers a catatrophic failure experiencing an ammo jam and the Zeta manages to spray the Squalo unopposed putting the Squalo down to unconscious level 2. The Raptor KHD activates and pushes it’s Devabot up looking to capitalise on the downed Squalo flaming both the Squalo and Bulleteer but the Devabot dying to Uma getting an unopposed round into the Devabots head. Noting the extensive repeater network and being outnumbered if the Raptor decided to push further into the network pulled back and re-deployed back to the free Antenna console activated it on and then cybermasked up to confuse the targeting systems of the PanOceanians.

NCA Turn 2

With some Varangians pushing on the left side of PanO’s flank Uma looked to respond to them. Uma climbed up to the building in front of her to ensure they were reminded that sometimes being a bit too keen to look for their death doesn’t assist their mission. She put down one of them with another remaining in location but if she pushed too far forward then she’d be engaged by the Zeta. So pulled back ready to control the tech coffin.

Starmada Turn 2

The remaining members of the Security core pushed forward and the Machine gunner proceed to open up on the Fugazi deployed on roofs overwatching recording the training footage. The Fugazi manage to stun both the Bluecoat and the Machine gunner prior to the Kappa Hacker making a rookie error against Bolt by walking into Zoc to attempt to hack him..She chose the wrong program and attempted to Oblivion him. Bolt just switched off his kit prior to the program being able to infiltrate his equipment cutting off her connection and then just turned it back on again. She tried again this time attempting to immobilise him…which landed. He laughed at the situation and beckoned Calian, to send his Palbot over and give him a hand. The Zeta pushed on the Fusilier Sniper and eventually put her down to be carried to the training

NCA Turn 3

Calian the machinist sent over his Palbot and got Bolt out of his carbonited state. He wanted to teach these kids a lesson checked his rounds in his shotgun and crept around the corner to get a line onto the Machine gunner…and fired his shotgun downrange and put him down. Noting the situation Bolt directed his forces to let the Starmada element to achieve their training outcomes. They had earned them.

Starmada Turn 3.

The elements moved into their final locations and controlled the antennas with the Zeta controlling the antenna Uma had activated. It was still transmitting for NCA though.
