Durgama Takeover

After having my forces obliterated at Gekidan due to Aleph. and moving to Evac centers around the area which were contested by many forces, my own at the hands of HAQ forces.

I rallied what little forces there were and have formed the Ashen blossoms in the rubble of my old command.

“May our fall be like cherry blossoms beautiful and majestic”

Our forces marched on closer to Gekidan and lied in wait…

Thanks to a regroup with a O-yoroi commander we got the jump on Aleph forces (we won the WIP role and chose to go first, as such we deployed first.)

The main force led by the O-yoroi and a keisotsu fireteam (1kempei, 1ML, 1HCK,1med, 1 combi) deployed to the left with a Husong HMG TR bot.. Ineffective yu jing junk… On the other side Yuriko and Tanko forces would push up in the hopes of claiming a objective.

The Aleph force spread out far throughout the field, utilizing flashbots all over, clearly they wanted to put everything into the marut, I was determined to make sure this was not so

Turn:1 JSA

Immediately the O-yoroi was on the move, but due to the Maurt in suppressive chose to wait in hiding, and instead ordered a ninja HCK to take a back route through the alleyways and got a TR hack off on the marut, the Marut sliced at the yudbot behind it and ran into the open. Sadly due to how long it took to hack, making use of our new found ally proved difficult as its rain of fire was stopped by a volley of flash bots. The O yoroi would hold watching for the Marut.

Yuriko and the Tanko team pushed up on the eastern most of the map, moving slowly so as to not be caught in the open. All found a great line of sight to our now open Marut friend.

Turn 1: ALEPH

I scoffed when I found a audio log of Aleph supposedly helping JSA in controlling the gekidan, they were the reason this mess had happened, but I must not deny their effectiveness against Haq forces.
But like a precision knife they dismantled my watchful gaze on the Marut, losing one tanko and needing the other to take cover. A single helot moved up the board and annihilated the keitsu ML and Husong. While the ninja lost he life attempting to avoid shotgun template after shotgun template. This gave the Marut free range and turned and opened fire on the O yoroi who sadly took heavy damage and was forced to retreat into cover. At the least the Aleph forces were fighting for their life to gain any form of ground.
Turn 2: JSA

Yuriko and the Tanko was pinned as such our ACE in the hole came to answer the call, a single ryuken 9 HRl… shot after shot and Aleph forces fell swiftly around the console, then the Tanko ran and contested the Posthumans gaze on the objective. Yuriko rushed to push the button but due to some reason she will not tell me why she failed.

Then the O yoroi rushed to the left most point if only it could take down the Marut. A rain of fire was all for naught as a single flame burned the pilot to a crisp. My main forces were dismantled, but I dared to hope.

Turn 2: Aleph
Aleph turned the marut into the rampaging machine taking out the ryuken and watched the Fireteam. It was gaining the location of our dedicated HVT and blasting them to smithereens, it saddened me to fail like this. As yuriko and the tanko died attempting to hold as much as possible.

Turn 3: The retreat order was called… I watched the slaughter of my men as the Marut’s suppression gunned them down

Defeat weighs heavy on me for the Durgamma front the High command is silent but more battles are taking place as I see my fellow commanders fight through the smoke of battle
