Durgama Takeover

Author’s note- So I wish I could of done this Battle Report better, but the game got screwy on my end, between my mic power surging my computer, to killing a monitor, and breaking my recording device (I have managed to turn these on) as well as losing the first half as I was recording in order to get screenshots. . My opponent has my sincerest apologies and my everlasting thanks for being an amazing sport. Now onto the battle report.

To JSA High Command things do not look well for us on the Durgamma Front. We have lost any footing on the front, attempts to reclaim are not looking well. Simply, the situation looks dire for us, send reinforcements immediately so we can reclaim and defend what is rightfully ours in the name of Independent Japan. Before it is too late…

An attempt to Evac civilians after a lost scuffle with that Accursed AI. On our way we were intercepted, but not by someone you would expect. Instead a force of HAQ had gotten the jump on us.

HAQ won the WIP roll and took first turn as such forced them to deploy first

HAQ forces spread themselves out across the board as much as possible, bringing easy explosives, they even brought with them a Tag to the fight!

Our forces separated into two groups a fireteam duo of aragoto’s and Keitsuos with a Kempetai leading the team to the left, and a Domaru, Tanko ML, Daiyokai Fireteam to the right both covered with Ryuken-9’s as support.

Haq first turn

22:00-Upon looking back, it was my own failure to not put up more defenses ready to fight the Shakush that easily ran through the shallow keisotsu defenses to the left. Those poor men didn’t stand a chance. Even the Ryuken KHD had trouble keeping her head down and was eliminated by the Shakush’s rampage.

After the rampage the enemy forces attempted to dismantle the small heavy detachment to the right the Domaru took it upon himself stopping a suspicious Tanko(IMP-2) that engaged in a long term battle of blades. the Impersonator revealed to be a Fiday shot and wounded the Tanko with his shotgun template, as the Domaru managed to successfully dodge into CC. Stopping the Impersonator from doing any more harm

Then the opponent moved up with their main force led by the Asawira right into a trap of the infamous Kitsune. Incapacitating a good number of their Firteam with a Nano pulse. Immediately though our foxy friend had to take a Daylami hostage in order to avoid the heavy barrage of fire that would soon assault her.

The Shakush, and Asawira took defensive positions ready to suppressive fire at the ready.

JSA first turn (my recording cut off here.

23:00- Shakush’s rampage had annihilated the keisotsu LT as well as bringing the core fireteam to two. The Aragoto raced with the Impetuous orders attempting to get the Shakush out of suppressive. While the Domaru sacrificed himself to eliminate the Fiday.
The remaining forces fought to claim some form of ground. Sadly this would all be in vain, dismantling the defenses of the Aswaria proved futile at best, not that the ryuken-9 HRL did not attempt to eliminate the remaining forces from the now destroyed fireteam.

Even Shinobu had trouble picking off targets and eventually disappeared by the onslaught of smoke and rockets.

Haq turn two: (this was when my mic powersurged the PC Usb ports)

23:30- Haq doctors rushed to undo the damage that our fox friend had dealt with the aid of Muttawah’ah smokescreen. Sadly they were successful in this endeavor and kept pressure on the remaining forces of the JSA. A single Daylami destroyed the remaning force of the kempetai-keitsou fireteam duo. The last forces stood their ground. Surviving onslaught after onslaught as our enemy claimed the middle console. Our decoys gave them hell (by mystically dodging on 20’s).

JSA turn two
24:00- the finale aragoto rider sacrificed their life to give the rest of the unit a target to reach by touching righter most console, sadly the target was unreachable despite the ryuken HRl who now took upon the mantle of LT went out to get the perfect shot, and failed to be of use.

HAQ turn three

1:00- after reclaiming the right the Shakush in a final ditch effort got blown to bits by the Tanko ML but managed to successfully kill the 2 decoys. The finale leak came through and HAQ found the main HVT A Ragik paratrooper arrived and charged for our main HVT who the Tanko ML had eliminated but not in time to save the HVT

JSA turn three

01:30- with only 2 orders left and no way to uncover targets this was the end.
