(Author’s note a few mistakes were made here and there as you are about to read. I also proxied a lot of things… like oniwaben=UXIA then did Oyama=oniwaben… because I am a genius like that… I also will show some pictures that don’t make sense with the image, its mostly because I did not take too many good pics!)

***audio log: 2nd lieutenant***
*** 5 days after Shogun disappearance***

This is the 2nd Lieutenant of the Shogun’s forces. I am currently on Zebu attempting to talk to the O-12 commanders to find a lead on the Shoguns whereabouts. The situation is still dire to put it nicely.

Anyhow, only one O-12 commander could give me some info on the Shogun. If I recall, he said the Shogun was here to collect more safety gear for JSA.

The O-12 apparently was on perimeter defense when the Shogun arrived on Zebu, apparently they had a previous scuffle were he arrested a force of JSA while the Shogun’s forces apparently took another pathway around the garrison to get deeper into Gekidan.

The O-12 was reprimanded and put on perimeter watch instead of handling the CA and Tohaa threat deeper in the area. The O-12 commander, recognizing the Shogun, took to another duel…

The O-12 won the WIP and would go first.

The Map
(all of O-12 forces because I do not know their names)JSA would deploy a daiyokai, oyama, domaru spitfire, keisotsu paramedic, kempei Core team to the left with yojmbo in the backline to help watch them. The right would hold 2 Tanko’s defending Yuriko, with a Boarding shotgun Aragato biker. Up top the Warcor and Ryuken 9 HRL would watch the battle. While a oniwaben not in hidden deployment would infiltrate halfway up the board…
O-12 Turn 1: The forces of O-12 although small in number would push both the right and Left side using Varangian smoke to cover both sides To the right Hector core fireteam would run up half way putting most into suppressive fire. And failing to discover the Ryuken-9 with a MSV2 in smoke…
(why is this image sideways I can't seem to fix it!!!) A solo varangian would however run up the middle finding success in revealing the Ryuken allowing the MSV2 unit to shoot him down along with the warcor.
While the Left side was led by a Parvattii haris team that would take advantage of a bad HVT spot for JSA allowing them to complete two hidden objectives…
JSA turn 1: The Tanko’s would rush to disrupt the Hector firteam taking advantage of a successful smoke against a suppressive varangian. The first Tanko would attempt a blitzen hitting hector and a suppressive varangian, although the Tanko would miss it succeeded in dropping hector out of suppressive. Then the second Tanko would climb the ladder finding a good spot to shotgun two of the close-by members, giving its own life for the sake of an easier blitzen for the other Tanko, a sacrifice that was in vain. The Aragoto would rush in the hopes of getting rid of Hector in another vain attempt but would succeed in ridding another O-12 unit.
Now the daiyoukai fireteam would push up under the smoke of Yojimbo allowing the Domaru spitfire to force a varangian down to a wound after 20 GODDAMN SHOTS… in good range too! (author’s note my opponent put this varangian into NWI… if you see the issue you know… oops!!)
BIOTECHVORE ZONE would miss all JSA troops by a centimeter including Yuriko who rushed to hug the nearest wall. While O-12 would have a beta trooper take saves thanks only to the hazmat suits that is now standard for O-12 stationed on Zebu
O-12 turn 2 The parvatii haris would begin to sweat wondering what would happen if they revealed… the beta trooper would take that risk and manage to blast the Domaru out of the field, lucky yojimbo would be able to cover the rest of the fireteam with smoke.
Shonen Carona would rush towards yuriko’s position slicing her in mid air.
JSA turn 2 JSA was on the back burner losing Yuriko was a big piece for claiming objectives, now it would be up to Oyama to magically put a unit unconscious and make a successful WIP, but first Yojimbo would have to cover him with smoke… instead yojimbo took a Trench hammer to the face… but not to worry he would be put to NWI and attempt to CC the beta trooper… and would fail to wound the trooper while he took a nanopulser… OUCH!
Oyama would take the lead, not making the same mistakes as Yojimbo and would berserk the beta trooper, who would fall unconscious, so would OYAMA because 3 armor means absolutely nothing to dice…
The fireteam core unable to move would reveal a sneaky oniwaban who would get lucky with her smg shot, against the varangian who once more threw his hammer.
Thus the fireteam would bring Oyama back up to speed and he would succeed his WIP roll…
O-12 turn 3 Parvatii’s harris had given up all hope of action thus leaving Hector and Shoana to Charge up the board dispatching the Oniwaban, and Oyama. Then they waited for the Fireteam to move…
JSA turn 3 The fire team would move the Daiyokai would distract Shoana and hector by body blocking any ARO against the paramedic so that she might be able to make Parvattii unconscious then WIP +3 her… instead the paramedic would die to a nanopulse… thus the Daiyokai and kempei made a last ditch effort to CC shoana… it didn’t work…
The O-12 commander then blabbed about his superiority but I will save everyone the trouble on this. The shogun went back to Gekidan to deliver the supplies.. Apparently he took a bunch of shipping trucks of Durians….. Anyhow I’ll head back to gekidan for now.
(thanks for reading and following my batreps I fear this will be one of the last matches I do for the campaign... sucks to go out 3-9 W/L ... as such I will be unable to finish my story, but whatever... maybe I'll just write a fanfiction and post it on the forums hehehe... Anyhow in case this is my last battle I would like to take a moment to Thank everyone on the Infinity community for making this campaign, although frustrating, and short, a lot of fun. I would like to take a moment to thank all JSA forces for proving that no matter what the Japanese secessionist army will never go down quietly. It warms my heart to see that the fire of independence burns brightly within us, and as such I thank all of you for giving me the chance to be the Shogun of Durgama!!) ( I would also like to make a special thanks to every opponent I faced, to the JSA war counsel, and to all the people that helped and roleplayed with me throughout this campaign. I hope to see all of you again next campaign, till then keep safe everyone!)
