Durgama Takeover

The alarms rang across the streets of Jin Shah Tsui, as gunfire echoes across shady streets and quiet roads. Civilians hide in their homes as sounds of firefights were taking place right below them.

Running across the street, a unit of Shang Ji prepared for a fight. They knew not who they were fighting against as it was an urgent call to arms. However, they have to hold the line first, before the rest of the reinforcements come to their aid.

There were still civilians and the Invincible unit had to extract them from the streets.

“Team 6. Let’s move.” Tai Sheng said as she led a team of Shang Ji towards the enemy. They moved with unnatural quickness due to their advanced exo suit. As they moved nearer towards the gunfire, they could see the silhouette of a familiar Tag. The Maghariba.

“Wei Bo, on your 1. Take it out.” Tai Sheng said as she entered a building. The Shang Ji acknowledge and fired his AP HMG towards its target. However, after hundreds of rounds, he was impaled by a couple of lucky bullets, sending him into the ground.

The Invincible team was under fire and suppressed as the Haqqislam forces encircled them.

From Tai Sheng’s comms, she could hear the Yan Huo’s sitrep. Hearing how the backline has been asaaulted. Her team has moved too far, and she was starting to be isolated as more of her men fell to bullets and a flame thrower.

Tai Sheng herself was set ablaze but luckily her suit of armour shrugged it off.

“They have reached our civilians, we have lost our ground.” Qi Ru the lieutenant commed over. We will have to leave. But I have found targets that might be of utmost importance to the enemy. The Dao Ying said, as a unit of Ghulam moved forward to mark a civilian.

Injured but not out, Tai Sheng gathered her strength and took down the Tag that killed her comrades before killing the enemy lieutenant.

With that, the Haqqislam army retreated, but what information have they lost to the enemy, they would not know. For now, they have to regroup, the Lieutenant Qi Ru has to answer for her incomptency.
