Durgama Takeover

Zebu Research Center

With reports of the Zebu research center under attack reaching Haqqislam high command, a defense force comprised of key members of the Ramah Taskforce were dispatched to the area. Several reports indicated Tohaa were trying to forcibly re-appropriate the bio samples they generously donated to the station after the fallout that was the Morat ambush. All members of the taskforce that could have bonded with the symbiote did so leading to several recovered samples and saving the lives of several key members. This mission was ultimately a loss but not without it’s merits.

Tohaa Turn 1
The initial blow was struck as the advance Mukhtar team was obliterated by Tohaa operative Jaan Staar who was impersonating a captured research scientist. This was a great wound to the team morale but steeled their resolve for revenge.
An employed beasthunter was able to infiltrate our ranks and began to dismantle our Shakush by melting several key structure points with its flamethrower. The newer pilot was able to right his TAG and kept the machine alive. We believe this action may have rattled the pilot due to his lower aggression in the mission.
Reports that several other key units reached their emplacements at this time.

Ramah Turn 1
The glorious wall that is the Al Fasid barreled up to avenge the Mukhtar. He immediately identified Jaan Star and scorched the operative and the earth he stood on. Medical Specialist Rouhani was under stress trying to keep the symbiote at bay. This lead to several failed attempts to activate his console and lead to a run to a defensive position.
The Shakush advanced to a more forward position in hopes to deter opposition on the flank.

Tohaa Turn 2
A rear fireteam was able to activate a far console in the facility to their advantage. Combined with a pincered assault with a liberto, they were able to take out several key members. The Fasid was blindsided by K1 ammunition and his faith was not enough to keep him standing. Our Ghulam HMG gunner was also critically wounded. The defensive turret setup at Ramah basecamp finally ended the reign of terror of the liberto.
Le Muet was seen only on the battlefield after raining fire into the Shakush who was barely standing. The pilot was able to manage all of the warning lights and stabilized the TAG into a defensive position.

Ramah Turn 2
Thanks to the glory of Allah, our dedicated Ghulam doctor was able to resuscitate the downed heavy weapons trooper. With a group effort, the team was able to reform and push towards a console. The gunner gave his all to lay covering fire for the advance against Le Muet.
The TAG pilot was in awe of these actions and did his best to support from his wounded position. Due to the lack of tactical orders available from the commanding officer, the task force was unable to do much but gain ground and dig in.

Tohaa Turn 3
Fireteams advanced on the flanks and put the Ghulams under fire. A Clipsos revealed himself and was able to remove Ghulam standing guard at the console. The Tohaa advanced enough to secure the forward area and to activate the console. They were however unable to dismantle the Shakush.
In a turn of events, their Lieutenant revealed themselves and with a coordinated effort shredded through the armor of our Janissary Officer leaving the task force without a commanding officer for the next engagement.

Ramah Turn 3
With defeat an inevitability, Rouhani embraced the symbiote to try to save his fellow soliders. He was able to gun down the Clipsos in a hail of shock fire to open a fire lane. The Shakush spun up it’s spitfire and proceeded to rail hell down the lane taking out Le Muet and peppering the fireteam. The brave team of ghulams lept from cover in a last ditch effort and were able to crack into the console. This softened the blow dealt by the Tohaa and provided valuable intel.
