Durgama Takeover

As Phase one was drawing to the close and in the face of accusations that Yu Jing were not providing enough defenders for the Raveneye Station a Garison Devision of the White Banner Army was dispatched to assist Panoceania in the Sensoring Module.

Enemy contacts were detected in the area of some communication Antenna and as we know from the teachings of Sun Tse the best defense is a strong offense The Blue Wolf Mongul Cavalry stormed up the left flank devastating all enemy in its path.
First to fall was an R-Drone then an Ikadron allowing the Blue Wolf to stealthily approach an Overdron front an unseen position eliminating it without any response.

On the right Flank the Shang Ji Heavy Rocket escorted by a Zhanshi link singled out a dug in Haiduks eliminating it as an overwatch threat.

A Guilang Forward observer secure the left Antenna white the Fireteam advanced towards the right one and a Beasthunter sprang towards the central Tech Coffin.

With its momentum shattered and command in tatters the Combined Army struggled to consolidate its remaining forces and secure the Antennas.
Several attempts to thin out the fireteam were unsuccessful however.

With some renewed Caution the Yu Jing pushed towards the right antenna but unable to get the Paramedic specialist close enough settled for securing the objective with the Shang Ji who has slung his rocket Launcher in favour of the Light Shotgun.
The Daofei moved into enemy territory to perform a Net-undermine action completing his secret objective for the mission.
Blue Wolf, Guilang, and the Zhanshi all taking a supressive fire stance and waiting for the Combined Armys final desperate push.

They didn’t wait long as a camo token rushed forward engaging the Shang Ji revealing to be a Caliban and spraying the fireteam in Pulzar fire but through some miracle the fireteam survived dispatching the Caliban with righteous veal.

Shouldering the responsibility of the attack Norkias surged towards the Antenna pouncing on an unsuspecting Zhanshi and ripping him to pieces, the remaining fireteam members opened fire but the shock of seeing a comrade consumed before them meant they were unable to fully dispatch the Samaratan character.

Liang Kai saw a fitting combatant and with his Shaolin companion in tow mad a straight line towards Norkias who in a panic pounced on the Zhanshi Paramedic however Liang Kai and the Monk arrived just in time to cross swords with Norkias and save the Paramedic who finally having a clear line to the Antenna attempted to connect it however it took several attempts as she was shaken from coming so close to being eaten be a viscous alien.

The Yu Jing Defence force started to celebrate the successful defense of the area but they were premature and on the far left the Guilang detected some movement but too late as from the shadows emerged a Noctifer hacker who executed the Guilang and connected the left antenna with nothing the defenders could do they had to settle for a partial defence of the area.

It is my honour to recommend our Blue Wolf Pilot for commendation, had it not been for his outstanding performance removing so many of the Alien attackers the defence would have been much more difficult and the casualty rate much higher.
