Durgama Takeover

After a fierce battle with the combined army on the bow section, while most knights were out making sure the area was clear from enemy threat. A small team of support staff were left at the data center to treat wounded. While searching for wounded to treat and bodies to secure, a bearpode came out of nowhere and ripped the doctor and bot to pieces. A team of crosiers near by managed to gun down the crazed bear with a wall of lead. A loud bang was heard when investigating the explosion it was seen that a mine had gone off and messed with a Uxia’s communication equipment. Upon seeing the murdered Raven eye operative nearby the crosier had no choice but to fire and kill the Uxia in self defence. An alert had popped up on the coms network they enemy had accessed a console and were trying to access our servers.

Hearing reports of the battle unfolding a Teuton team supported an order sergeant hacker try to make contact with the Ariadnan commander to hopefully end the confusion and battle. While on their way they came under intense fire, they dodged the fire and tried to grapple the enemy and stop the fight. Unfortunately the heavy amount of fire and explosives felled the team.

Meanwhile cries could be heard from the area of the bearpode rampage. The crosier team investigated and came across what was left of a trauma doc, an attempt was made to save the doctor but the damage was to much and all that could be done was to provide a painless death. A knight of Santiago had returned early from the clearing patrol and came under heavy fire almost immediately. He ducked to cover and returned fire killing the attacker.

The crosier team started to come under heavy fire and lost a member. A drone bot caught someone trying to sneak on our flank and stunned them with a flash pulse.

Another knight of Santiago arrived on the scene and tried to make contact with some troops nearby but he couldn’t quite locate or identify them. Both knights started to come under heavy fire and despite their heroic efforts they eventually fell to the enemy fire. The crosier team had come under heavy fire again and lost another member. Seeing the weakened team in the center an enemy troop decided to make a move on one of our servers and destroy it with a D-charge.

Despite having nearly been wiped out, the small reserve force had held out long enough that the sounds of many knights could be heard rushing towards the fire fight in the distance. Upon hearing this the Ariadnan force had decided to withdraw rather than risk a battle with a larger force. As the knights had arrived one of the corsairs began to glitch out eventually revealing a knight commander who then orders the knights to set up defences.

While examining our servers for any breaches our curators notice a rouge AI on one of them and it is destroyed. A report is filed to O-12 that Ariadna had put an AI on our servers to steal information. This raid was an effort to take the information it had gathered and destroy any evidence.
