The plan for the mission was to use the crosier and Teutonic links to secure the backfield and activate the consoles respectively.
Then walk on the Santiago knight with spitfire to rake he’s backfield and hopefully blow up some servers with D charges.
Needles to say the plan didn’t survive first contact, my opponent played very well and it was a total defeat by turn 3, with just the Santiago knight managing a point by blowing up some terrain for the classified objective.
Where it all went wrong:
-Opponent took early midfield control with infiltrators and hackers, where I deployed like a noob , castling up on one central building.
-I misjudged how small the table would be at 150 points and how dense that would make the terrain, bringing to many long range weapons and also failing the dice rolls the few times I used them.
-Forgot a few critical things like striping he’s order pool as he had first turn and that my Teutonic knights had martial arts Lvl2 in CC with he’s Morlock.
-Should have brought my Santiago Knight into the fight sooner, by the time he did appear there was no more orders left for him.
