After their recent success clearing O12 from the Zebu research facility, strike team Omniscient would be unable to rest on their laurels,

Within days of securing the facility and performing the necessary repair protocols, Amari and her forces received intel of a JSA war band coming towards them with the utmost haste.

A small council was convened for how to best deal with the threat and Amari reasoned that a small strike force could reach out and stop the JSA forces before they arrived at the facility. The mission was green lit and the strike team set out.

To minimise numbers, Amari opted to include Oran as her second in command, a Marut to lead her offensive, a single defensive team of Dakini’s and Zayin to help ambush the enemy forces.

JSA take the first turn and immediately launch to the offensive.

The Kempetai leading its Keisotsu team onto the roof of a near by building, moving up into cover trying to pick off the Dakini sniper but the machines advanced programming triumphs forcing the Kemeptai to roll two saves which it fails.

A ninja from the Agami clan revealed himself taking advantage of the firefight to take a well aimed shot at the Dakini, bullets ripping through the poor bots hard drive.

The Keisotsu's carry on unfazed by the loss of their Kempei. The Keisotsu wielding a missile launcher leads his team into picking a fight with an enemy Zayin Robot, despite the sheer quantity of bullets coming from the Zayin, it was no match for the well trained and dedicated Keisotsu.

The JSA Shikami sprints out to the nearest Avina terminal, desperately trying to secure a copy of any data that may help the JSA going forward but he is unable to break through the systems firewalls.

The JSA commander declared a combined order, moving forward his Aragatos, his Daiyoki and a strangely concealed camouflage token.

Yojimbo feeling left out speeds forward on his bike, smoke grenades in hand sprints over towards the enemy before seeking out make shift cover.

While machines are incapable of feeling emotions, they are more than capable of carrying out revenge.

The Marut is the first to jump into the action, it flanks the remaining members of the Dakini core team and unleash a powerful burst in towards the Ninja,

The ninja attempts to dodge but is overwhelmed by the ferocity of the Aleph attack his armour obliterated by the multi micro explosions from the Marut's weaponry.

The Marut continues moving forward towards the enemy lines, it next picks a fight with the Keisotsu missile trooper, bullets ring true whilst the missile spirals into a nearby car.

The Karkata Ancillary Unit ejects from the Marut temporarily securing intel from the data console nearby before it reconnects with the Marut.

The Dakini team marches forward, leaving the destroyed sniper unit behind.

They advance down the left flank revealing Saito Togan in the process. Knowing they are no match for such a dangerous target they call out to the Marut for support.

The Marut responds, leaping over a nearby newsstand crashing against the side of a nearby building, Saito attempts to respond to the new threat by dodging out of the way but the Multi Heavy Machine Gun strikes true.

Amari pleased with the progress of their mission turned her attention to the motorbike troop that had barrelled towards her, she looked out from behind a wall and noticed the trooper was paying attention to the Marut the other side of the battlefield, she leapt from cover taking him by surprise mowing him down in a hail of gunfire.

She doubled back securing the intel from a data terminal before seeking out cover and waiting to see how the enemy would respond.

The JSA commander realised the threat of the Aleph force to late,

The Shikami secured the intel they he was after from a the nearest data terminal before moving up. Seeking revenge he charged towards where he had last seen the Asura gun down Yojimbo.

The commander declares another combined order, moving the remaining Keisotsu team members and the Shikami forward into enemy territory.

The Aragato speeds around a corner seeing the Marut attempting to gun the machine down.

Bullets fly back and forth the Aragato outshooting the Marut but unable to get through its armour.

The Daiyokai shouts a challenge towards the Marut swearing vengeances for the JSA lives that have been lost this day and starts heading in its direction, shrugging off Dakini cover fire. Moving again the Daiyokai delivers a rapid burst of firepower with his Red Fury but Marut fires back a with an explosive shot causing the Daiyokai to go into no wound incapacitation.

The Shikami reaches the Asura startling her as he dives into close combat causing two wounds to the Alephs legendary leader.

Her critical systems compromised Amari resigns herself and attempts to slow down the Shikami, he deflects her feeble blows and pins her to a nearby vehicle, impaled she lets out one defiant laugh before her systems fail and her consciousness is returned to the net.

The Shikami confused at the androids actions fails to realise that Oran had taken advantage of Amari's distraction and managed to sneak up on him, shotguns shells fire through the air, the Shikami attempts to dodge out of the way but Oran presses on firing repeatedly until he brings down the Shikami avenging his leaders sacrifice.

Sensing the shifting tide of battle the Marut launches itself out of cover unleashing a heavy flamer onto the unsuspecting Keisotsu Haris catching all bar the paramedic in the open.

Their morale broken the JSA forces pull back swearing revenge on the Aleph force for denying them their prize.
