Durgama Takeover

The Combined forces nice into position. Their infiltration of the bow section has been a simple smoothe operation, encountering no resistance... Just as their Intel had said.

But the Intel was wrong.

Instantly, the entire interior of the ships cavernous sensor area errupted in fire, bullets and flame.

They'd been set up. The Yu Jing ambushed them with devastating results. The CA's own defences were instantly overworked with deadly accuracy - not a single shot wasn't directly on target as the enemies Blue Wolf continued the attack deep into the deployment area of the combined forces, wiping out anything in his path. The only thing to withstand his attack...a lone iMetron?!

With the majority of forces dead, including the Lt. the remaining remnants of the strike team dug in, hiding in the shadows going to at least salvage the data out of the consoles at the end.

The Yu Jing attacked again. And a lone Shrouded warrior stood tall, despite fighting while prone, repelling attack after attack. The EI was strong with this one.

The mighty shrouded asking with his Caliban seed brother launched a counterstrike. Against a common foe their attack would have been utterly deadly...yet somehow these Yu Jing were stringer than most and simply shrugged off all weaponry.

Frustrated, Nourkias Jenkins leapt from his own hiding hole and devoured his prey...alas the nourishment he gained from this feasting soon leaked out of the shotgun holes in his side.

Yu Jing stood around merrily highfiving and jeering at the dead alien bodies, while leaning nonchalantly against the objectives we had sought to capture.

Meanwhile...on the forgotten far side of the battlefield...a malignos shimmered into sight, silently executing the trooper guarding that objective. Slipping up to the console he deftly downloaded the sensor info and breaking radio silence he announced his success to his surely victorious brothers.

Nothing but silence greeted his calls.
