Durgama Takeover

Disclaimers and Caveats: this game was played over TTS with my wife. This was her first time using TTS. This was her first Infinity game (we had played the basic scenarios in the two-player starter boxes). This was her first time encountering sectorials and fire teams. I asked her what faction she wanted to play (Caledonia), what style of list (aggressive), and made her list for her. We played with mostly open information. I set the map up and tried to make something interesting even if perhaps terrain heavy. In hindsight, we forgot to roll for the symbiotes at the start of the match. All the screenshots I took are in .png format. (Why the hell is it jpg only?) T_T

Pregame we drew our classified and rolled off for deployment/initiative. She took initiative, so I took deployment. [Screenshot of map added.]

Round 1 Ariadna – Uxia went down. Cameronian rushed up to back her up and ended up in battle with Crusher. McMurder moved up and started lobbing grenades at the Gangbuster and Sirius Bot. Mormaer and Harris team took out the turret. SAS pushed buttons. Wallace and friends moved up and climbed up side of building to take out the Sirius there.
Round 1 O-12 – Crushers fell to the Cameronian but managed to would him and take out Ariadna’s turret. Knauf slid over and took out a Highlander. Andromeda pushed the button and moved to counter Wallace and friends. Casanova pushed a button and took out SAS. Cho was holomasked as Oktavia and kept Ariadna at bay from fear of her (non-existent) missile launcher. Both sides were tied for quadrant control and no points were scored, aside from consoles activated.

Round 2 – Wallace and friends completed Classified mission. He and Andromeda fought and got the best of her. SAS pushed forward and pushed another button. Wallace broke off and took down Knauf with T2 rifle. Gangbuster dropped a madtrap and snared a Highlander. Another Highlander moved into combat with the Gangbuster who dropped a last madtrap and surprisingly survived! The last free Highlander came for the Gangbuster who managed to kill him. The Cameronian leapt down to move into to kill more folks but was shot by Cho. McMurder came around, got shot by Gangbuster, and closed to kill Casanova. He killed the Gangbuster but was taken down by Cho the Werewolf Killer. Mormaer harris team moved forward to prepare to deal with the Cho Situation. Sirius prepped for incoming. Fuzzbots moved to try and add their baggage to help control quadrants. Ariadna started pulling ahead.

Round 3 – Mormaer team took down Cho. They tried to take down Sirius but she survived. Isobel moved up to add points to quadrant. Finally (in LoL), the Sirius took down the Highlander Grey and cleared the quadrant. Fuzzbot climbed over the wall to throw some points in other quadrant. Remaining Fuzzbot hid. Gangbuster moved and took down the SAS in the far quadrant but was chain rifled down in the exchange. Final victory would go to Ariadna.
