This game was cut short due to store closing, and I’m afraid my notes are rather cursory; O-12 was able to complete two active turns and Morat completed one.

Morats lose initiative, set up second, going second, uses a command token to cap Starmada’s first-turn command token use to 1.

O-12 advances Saladin and a Cyberghost under White Noise, then advances a Nyoka core link including Hector and an Epsilon HMG. The Raveneye-Bluecoat-Kappa HMG haris also advances. The O-12 player then uses his sole command token to form the five Kappas in group 2 into a core and advances them. The group 2 Kappa HMG attempts to take the Yaogat sniper and dies, breaking the Kappa core link. The last two orders are used to reposition and go into suppressive on a roof with a combi Kappa. No models are lost to the biotechvore. End turn.

The Morat advance. The Daturazi moves forward and drops smoke, and the solo Gaki runs forward across a roof, but is blown off the table by a Nyoka HRL in ARO. Anyat’s haris advances, drops smoke, and sets up for the next order. The Kaitok rushes out of smoke to kill the suppressive Kappa with chain rifles, and the kappa drops the Kaitok to unconscious before being killed by shrapnel. The Rindak advances on the right flank, taking out another Kappa and then bringing the Kaitok back up with a medikit, and then repositions to threaten the two remaining right-flank Kappas, one of whom dodges to reveal Cho. The remaining Kappa HMG drops the Kaitok back to unconscious as it storms out of smoke. The Oznat haris advances across rooftops into center zone and hides prone, ready to threaten the area or move out on the next Morat turn. The core link moves out and Kornak loses a gunfight with an unlinked Epsilon to a crit through White Noise, then the rest of the link reforms and repositions, threatening the Epsilon and core link with potential AROs including hacking. The Daturazi is eaten by the biotechvore zone. End turn.

O-12 attempts to handle the current state. Kappa HMG repositions, Kaitok dodges around a corner but goes down to HMG fire (shoulda templated!). Anyat tries to drop smoke but is glued by a Bluecoat, then tanks a HMG hit. A subsequent Bluecoat split burst fails to glue the Vanguard and gives Anyat a chance to get loose. The Bluecoat heavy riotstoppers Anyat and the downed Kaitok, but is taken down by Anyat, breaking the haris link. The Cyberghost guns down the Vanguard and moves out of LoF, then reactivates White Noise to cover the reformed Hector core link. The core fireteam repositions and reveals that Hector is a Tian Gou KHD, which tries to take out the Dartok. The Dartok bounces all resulting Trinity saves. Back on the right flank, a Kappa attempts to damage the Rindak and it dodges, then Cho hits it with a nanopulser and puts it in NWI. End turn and game is halted.
