Durgama Takeover

Uxia took the initiative, and attempted to apply a paint charge to the Jujak in a surprise attack. The Jujak, with surprising swiftness, blocked the charge with his missile launcher. An extended exchange of blow followed, with Uxia finally covering the Jujak in paint with her third and final paint charge. Wasting no time, she approached the EVO bot, downing it with rapid-fire assault pistols. She attempted to finish the helper bot nearby; however, her pistols suffered a malfunction, and it escaped unharmed.

The antipodes the Yu Jing flank next, and exposed Major Lunah, who dove for cover. With the total reaction drone taking out one of their number, they rushed towards the Zhanying, where they viciously beat him with paint-filled whiffle bats, unintentionally breaking several bones. The squeaking was horrendous. However, they were taken out by the chain-colt on the way in; the bill for their fur cleaning will be somewhat extensive.

The Yu Jing response was swift. The Guijia jumped out, sprayed Uxia with paint rounds, and jumped back into cover. A Liu Xing arrived onto the Ariadnan lines, trying to take out the Maverick and Volunteer covering the deployment zone. The Maverick moved with almost supernatural reflexes, while the Volunteer stood his ground and fired his chain rifle. The Volunteer was able to survive the blast. While the Maverick was swiftly knocked out, the Volunteer and Liu Xing exchanged template fire for some time, until they achieved a mutual knockout.

A tiger soldier attempted to drop in, but a sudden gust of wind sent him back the Yu Jing deployment zone. A second tiger soldier dropped next to the Antipode controller, who calmly drew her pistol, and landed a "lethal" shot, much to both of their surprise.

Major Lunah went next, and using her superior vantage point, was able to knock out the Bearpode with Viral rounds.

There was corruption in the recording devices, and several battle field images were unrecoverable. Ariadna's second turn saw a Chasseur eliminate one of the hostile targets, but becoming stunned by the second in turn. The second volunteer moved behind a wall to set up a backup plan for turn 3.

Yu Jing's second turn had the Guijia leave its cover, downing one of the chasseurs, but losing a wound to one his mines.

The pressure was intense for Ariadna's third turn. The TAG was still active, and there was still a hostile target active. The Mormaer downed Lunah and the defensive turret, enable Van Zant to make his entrance. He charged the Guijia, tanking the heavy flamethrower shot on the way in. However, Ariadna command was unaware of the combat prowess of the Guijia, and an extended stand-off began.

In the meantime, the other Volunteer became the hero Ariadna needed, climbing a wall, fording the river, and eliminating the hostile target at the last moment.

Yu Jing's turn began with the Guijia in close combat with Van Zant. The Guijia landed the first blow, but Van Zant was barely able to withstand the blow. Pressing the advantage, the TAG struck again, its foam blade lowering towards Van Zant's face. Barely holding it back with an inflatable axe, Van Zant somehow stopped the blade, before swiftly rolling to the side and swiping at the TAG's knees. At the TAG staggered off-balance, Van Zant was able to land another scoring hit, taking the TAG offline.

With limited resources, the remaining Yu Jing soldiers were unable to overcome Arianda's position, making Ariadna the victor in the training exercise.
