Druze won the WIP-check and took the initiative.
Aleph chose the deployment zone. Druze deployed first.

The enemy started with a Pathfinder Dronbot to immediately activate the first console in the south.
Then the onslaught of Yuan Yuan pirates began.
Two pirates entered the field over the southern edge. The Danavas waiting there in the house was able to target the first one directly with her spotlight as it landed. This Yuan Yuan charged towards her and covered the habitat block with chainrifle fire. Thanks to the targeting, the Danavas was able to stop the attack with a well-placed pistol shot, but fell victim to the Chainrifle. The Evo Hacker Probot in the same house fortunately managed to dodge. What a pity, the Danavas had so many plans.

The second Yuan Yuan was not long in coming. He went around the house into the Aleph deployment zone and unloaded his ammunition into the Lamedh Rebot, Shukra and Posthuman Mk1 stationed there. Shukra and Lamedh were taken out. Posthuman Felicia, however, managed to evade the Chainrifle. Before his death, Shukra Consultant Steiner managed to introduce this Yuan Yuan to his Boarding Shotgun.

In the centre, the central Linkteam of Digger, Druze Hacker and Brawler now advanced.
With them, both Bulleteer Bots, Scarface and Cordelia then moved forward in a closed line. The Druze treated this engagement as if they were fighting open warfare. Scarface managed to move into a good firing position and fired across the field. The Dakini Tacbot waiting in cover with an HMG fought back with return fire but was badly damaged. The Netrod was turned to scrap by Scarface's AP Spitfire. Scarface advanced even further and destroyed another Samekh Rebot. Scarface and both Bulleteers then went into barrage mode.

The Druze's alphastrike was perfectly and effectively executed.
Posthuman Felicia had survived the Yuan Yuan and immediately went to work. Together with her Yudbot, she managed to fix the Lamedh and HMG Dakini in front of her and completed the Classified Objective.

The Evo Hacker Probot fired up its support programs and buffed the HMG Dakini with marksmanship. Aleph had rebuilt its central firebase and could now work on dismantling the Druze in equal measure.
To the north, Asura Phoebe cloaked herself with her cybermask and moved unseen near Scarface. She didn't have any heavy weapons with her, but Phoebe preferred more subtle methods anyway. Neither Scarface, nor the HRL Brawler standing further back detected her. Asura Phoebe moved into control range and immobilised Scarface with Carbonite.

To support the Asura's attack, the still repairing Posthuman jumped into her MK2 body. With the HLR Brawler in her sights, she put on her multisniper and shot him across the field. With the HRL support out of the way, the Asura continued her assault. With her, the two Lamedh Rebots moved into the forward quadrants. One positioned itself next to the northern console. The Asura's palm opened, exposing the Nanopulser hidden beneath her skin. This knocked Cordelia out and damaged Scarface. Scarface broke free of the immobilisation and the asura whirled to take cover.

In the middle of the field, the Dakini Fireteam attempted to enter the southeast quadrant. However, the leading Dakini fell victim to a Druze Hacker. The HMG Dakini took care of this threat so that the next Dakini could advance.

The unconscious Druze Hacker, previously taken out by the Dakini HMG was brought back into the fray for a second chance by her Brawler colleague. The Hacker, determined to retaliate stormed into the middle to challenge HMG again. HMG along with the front Dakini and the Lamedh near Asura fired towards the Hacker. She was blinded by the Rebot's flash pulse and the front Paramedic Dakini's Combirifle sent her into unconsciousness again. But not without her taking the Paramedic with her.

The Bulleteer Bot waiting next to it now started to move. With superior cloaking systems and the range advantage it easily took out the HMG Dakini again. To further defend the centre, the bot then ran to the corner of the L-shaped central building. The Bulleteer was not finished yet. The barrel of his Spirfire was glowing by now as he engaged in another firefight with the Mk2 Posthuman, but the Bulleteer was forced back into cover by the Sniper.

To the north, the once again mobile Scarface stomped towards the Asura with his weapon drawn. Like a berserker he threw himself on the nimble Aspect. A melee broke out at the end of which Scarface's huge combat knife bored into the Asura's stomach.

Asura Phoebe, with a gaping hole in her stomach, whirled around to avoid the TAG's savage blows. With a backward roll she threw herself out of reach of the long knife and was finally able to use her multirifle. She backed even further towards the console, showering Scarface with bullets. Finally the TAG fell.

The north-eastern quadrant was secured. The Asura activated the console and then immediately attacked the Bulleteer in the middle, which had caused so much trouble for the Dakinis. As the Bulleteer crashed to the ground, deactivated, the Asura laid down herown supressive fire in the centre.

The Posthuman continued to work and the HMG Dakini stood up again. Dented, but functional. Like the Paramedic Dakini before her, the Forward Observer Deva now moved to the south-eastern quadrant to again provide a point balance. The Druze still had far too much firepower on their side. A second Bulleteer and a Digger were just waiting to take the Aspects under fire again.

Posthuman Felicia jumped back into her Mk2 body, ran onto the open roof of the building and tried to take out the Digger. She didn't care if the body died. She had two and the Digger could single-handedly destroy Aleph's quadrant control. The Digger was wounded and the Mk2 body collapsed.

As expected, the Bulleteer was not long in coming.
He stormed towards Aleph's position. Poor HMG Dakini fell again in the Bulleteer's hail of bullets. He then met the Deva in the middle, but kept just out of nanopulse range. The Deva held her ground and the Bulleteer ran out of resources.

Now the Digger began his final attack.
The previously successful Deva perished in a hail of its chainrifle. Now he only had to kill the badly wounded Asura to clearly secure victory. The problem was that Phoebe was still an Asura. The Digger smashed into her and the outcome of the fight remained open until then.

It was close. No matter how strong the Asura was, she could only hold one quadrant at a time.

One Dakini was left. If he could switch the Asura's position, the battle would be won.Unfortunately, the Dakini fell in the Bulleteer's downward fire.

The orders were used up, the fight over.
