As per commands order we moved to defend cameliard, luckily, we lost less men this time unfortunately the enemy manage to loot more of our supplies. 2 Trintiaries, 3 knights and 2 pieces of equipment lost. We gave them a solid beating though. All heavy infantry destroyed. Cubes recoverable but I fear Cameliard is lost.

Invincible Army versus Military orders
Contact time began 2:00pm
Objective: Prevent IA from destroying out console whilst destroying them. Additionally loot the panoplies.
Outcome: Phyric Loss. Due to misplays IA took more panoplies but not without taking a enough damage
I Won LT roll and took first turn.

MO Turn 1

Overwatch on the AC2

Bulleteer “Mastiff” took the lead on the charge moving fast and far to gave a panoply fairly quickly looting a Adhesive launcher for itself, it wedged itself in cover to give itself an advantage in a fair fight. Next up Knight Gascon and his fireteam began to move not realise that a Yan Huo was on overwatch, gascon realised too late and was KIA on his first move, he was too blood thirst and it cost him his life. His comrades would slowly move up around the building avoid the Large Suit. Trinitarian Susanne would reveal and loot a panoply firing a shot at a flash pulse bot as well fortunately she would succeed quickly and seize a HMG for herself. She would lay down suppressive fire with SMG being a tough woman to dislodge.

Mastiff digs in

IA TURN 1

IA has seriously blunted my assault, but I still had enough pieces in the game to threaten them, so they acted. First Krit cautiously crawled to see Mastiff spraying buckshot at the bot not realsing the threat it fired the adhesive sticking him in place but going down as a result. Next up the Shang Ji, Yan Huo and Tai Shen advanced firing at Susanne, she would put up a fight but be slew by the Shang Ji Anti personal ammo. Slowly but surely, they would approach the panoply, fortunately Knight Philip watch waiting for a confrontation, he saw sister Susanne go down it was a waiting game.
The Yan Huo broke the stalemate stepping out and firing 3 missile, curator kay had to dodge to avoid the blast, but Philip stood firm and launched his two shoots inflicting a wound on the Yan Huo. Reassessing the shootout, the Shang Ji took over and loosed 5 shot into Philip but his armour didn’t hold. 2 missed 1 save by his chest rig but the 2 put him down to unconscious. Fortunately, paramedic Sophia had been in control of the fireteam so they stayed together for now and would save Philips life with neo-adrenaline.

MO Turn 2

A deadly game of cat and mouse

Now impetous the light shotgun Tuetonic, Harold sprinted forward with not enough forethrough and caught a light rocket launcher, neglecting the dogde to shot, he failed two armour rolls and awent down to continous. The Tuetonics knights were a liability with their impetous nature.
Next up sophia would pump Philip full of neo-adreline and he would stand back up all well and loose two missles at the shang-ji that had just put him down, one missile would land and take him out and with it IA haris bonus.

Next up the santiago would cybermask and slowly walk up to the Yan huo breaking impersonation state to throw a d-charge into his face rendering him unconscious. The santiago would sprint forward and end Teng Shens life there but being targeted in the process. As the final action of his turn he would erronously kill the Yan Huo and failing to reset. During IA turn i realised that if i had spared the Yan huo i would have been saved from whats to come.

On the Hunt

IA Turn 2

IA would take its time to recover, spending time to get Krit back up from being IMM-A then would spent attack the santiago with the guided missile strike. His dodges were not enough and the last memeber of the fireteam would go down, and with it my best shot at the AC2. The game became mine to tie. More so after the panoply usage went to 3-2 to IA.

Mad Dash to equalise

MO Turn 3

On my final turn the consquences of my misplays was laid bare. With 10 Orders left i dash the raveneye officer to the panoply to grab it and level the playing field. 4 attempts it took him to get something, 4 orders i didnt have. Time to kill as much as possible to prevent anything worse than a tie

Knight Commander Bob from crosier school answered the call and sprinted forward slaying the Zhanshi with his superior Pano ballistic skill. Taking out Chief and breaking the fireteam but it was not enough only 1 would go down. It would not be enough.

Knight commanders should have bigger guns

IA turn 3

IA was playing for the win here after I equalised. Firs They would dispatch my knight commander, my poor aro choice didnt help, next krit would leasurely take the panoply and loot a explosive CCW. The game was won but by how much. Using his new found AM weapon he would charge round the corner to fight the 4 man core lead by Philip. Koram would rue the decision as two missiles would end him rightly and the game.
