"Sir, we are detecting nomad airforces northeast of cameliard. They seem to be small spaceborne bombers."

Karl-Heinz had grown increasingly irritated by the actions of non-pano forces. While most seemed to be focused on defending against combined armys aggression, some reports about yujing attacking cameliard had reached him. Even worse, the nomad nations were supposedly helping out the yujing forces. He couldn't understand how peopel hellbend on freedom and party would ally with somebody that had no interest in individual freedom of its citizens... or party.

"Track them and alert the ground forces in that grid, that they might have to deploy fast."
"I have somebody from ariadna on the line, who claims that the nomads are supllying yujing forces on the ground with orbital intel and even explosives."

Another oddity of the battle so far. Apart from the obvious help, extended by o12, pano high command had given them orders to help ariadna if possible and to generally trust them. Karl-Heinz had already been suprised with jsa forces tryng to contact them to help with pano wargoals but Ariadna working together with them wasnt something he thought possible. They surely would have some kind of hidden agenda to steal pano technology, but he didnt care about that. While he had some minor run ins with ariadna forces on the battlefield in his past, he would have prefered them to be equipped to higher standards, able to fight combined forces alongside pano forces.

"The nomads are bombing the outskirts of cameliard sir. We had heavy yujing forces fighting their over the past few days. But the area should be deserted at the moment"
"Analyse their attack pattern. They might try to conceal something or hit something on the ground we arent aware of yet."
"... its all centered around a local square. I can confirm no civilians or known forces on the ground"
"We had an meteroit shower going down a few hours ago over that square. To small for our AA to care. The area itself is deserted for some days now."
Karl-Heinz got an idea that was unlikly but maybe, they had gotten lucky "send a covert infiltration forces, back them up with a TAG and tell them to move fast. Whatever is or was in that area, they will retrieve for us."
"I got a tactical group from varuna that is ready nearby, trying to salvage a broken down cutter... and a small winterforces patrol that already radiod for permission to investigate"
"Perfect, tell them i would prefer to pilot a TAG with two legs and atleast an arm to hold weaponry in."

Karl-Heinz walked out towards the remote access pods. Surely the nomads hadnt disguised an airdrop meant for yujing forces as asteroids. Missiing the correct launch window by partyng or ca intervention. And now where stuck covering up their mess with making a bigger mess. Surely not...

Father-in-command Russ had to face more suprises that day as he would have guessed. Turns out, the nomads had missed their mark and failed to destroy the evidence linking them to yujings military actions. Maybe a miscalculation after entering gravity or drunk pilots. Nomatter, Ariadna intel proved to be correct, which was far more valuable to Karl-Heinz. While he had got lucky with retrieving some supplys, he had to do so against a determined opponent who suprsingly fielded a TAG too to scoop up, whatever was left after the bombing. Karl-Heinz forces had made it just in time to stop the nomads from getting away with such a bold thing to do.

- i hope i can fight some more TAGs - he tought to himself, upon leaving the remote acces pod.
