You wouldn’t want to be in the middle of such kind of battle – a blast, if you would say, in both literal and sarcastic sense.
Short things short, 4th Team dispatched from the Spiral Corps, hired by Yu Jing has been demolished by Morat Assault Detachment during the engagement. This is a playback record based on the retrieved data – which we could barely recover from a smashed goo of some poor Tohaa operative – and will be assessed for further tactical analysis.

Neema, that bastard – as usual, in her triad with a grim-faced Kriigel and a jolly Kosuil, fidgeting on her Boarding Shotgun, has been placed on the left side as a bid to storm through the corridor. On the right, the trusty Longarm, boasting its missile launcher sided with fellow Chaksas to watch over high-spirited Gakis in a fireteam. And yeah, a strange glance you would think, seeing a Warcor teaming up with a Brawler and a Taagma, stationed on the rooftop vantage point. Backed up by one Red Fury and LRL Helot. Trusty Igao and Jaan Staar in their right places. Things seemed perfect by then…

Morat, those red slab’o muscles, came in hot with two Rindaks, deployed forward. Next thing you see is a Haris of Kaitok, backed up by two MVs. That bloody Feuerbach surely had been fed up well. On the sides, you would see a Core team of Suryat, bird-eyeing down the Longarm Haris, sided up with prescribed Gaki team. Straight-forward, analysts in the Tohaa Intel would say, but hell it was a pack of punch.

Have I ever mentioned that the combat occurred at Zebu? I would have been amazed if it was not for the battle, but the rogue Symbios were on the run. You’d know that things are going to south as you notice those Symbios jump at Spiral Corps operatives unaware. Covers of Mr Staar and Igao were blown, rendering their plans pretty much useless.

First engagement occurred between one of the Rindaks. Had no idea what the guy was thinking but he opened fire to a well-stationed, Symbiocuirass’ed Longarm who was backed up by its Haris. Judging by the standards that Chaksa unusually stayed for long, until he splattered the Rindak and exchange few barrages with the Suryat. While that poor Helot had lost his chance to launch rockets against the HMG bearer, who moved in prone to evade AROs, the Longarm didn’t stayed for long.

And we have this Jaan Staar without his Impersonation, had his back spotted by the Kaitok, boom. Reflecting as of now, those Rindaks surely opened some good paths for their fellow men and women. Q-drone made some bloody good shots against the Warcor-looking Taagma with a viral sniper rifle, which rendered the guy dead. In the meantime our Rinkdak crossed the bridge, prone, avoided taking fires from the Neema’s triad, and made some cunning pathfinding to his porch.

After that the combat pretty much went down the slope, if I could say. Major spearheads of Spiral Corps were cut off after a few exchanges of Panzerfaust shots, and the Kaeltar and the diplomatic envoy attempted to secure some consoles, which was largely ended in vain. Immunity to Pheroware granted to those cyborg alien doctors really served as a key to gaining tactical advantage. At the end of the 1st round the Spiral Corps already lost their balance, letting go one of their domination sectors. With their limbs cut off, be it Yu Jing or the Spiral artichokes – will surely have a hard time touching down on Zebu, at least for a while.
