Durgama Takeover

Lt Hauser isn't angry he's disappointed. Aliens in our territory, threatening our entire species and he's killing humans. 'Our troops left Dawn to defend Humanity against an alien threat determined to wipe us out and here we are killing humans. If humanity falls to the Combined army there is no one to blame but ourselves. The soldiers of Ariadna fight for all of humanity, the so called 'more civilized' nations fight for only themselves.' These are the thoughts he has as he unloads a magazine into a Yu Jing trooper.

We deployed with the link team in the center, antipodes on the left, and Irmandinhos and Dog Warriors on the right.

Dog Warriors and Irmandinhos make an immediate push on the console. Using smoke for cover, our Irmandinho accesses the console and locates the rouge AI.

In the center our link engages the enemy, first with a HMG, then missiles, but little damage is done and our missile launcher is lost. The enemy is wounded and the link has fallen back to cover.

Enraged by the wound he's taken the Dog warrior charges the enemy lines, wounding a specialist and taking out an HMG before falling to enemy fire. I highly recommend he be commended for bravery.

The Yu Jing forces now move on the console to the left. They successfully access the console and locate the rouge AI. The enemy link engages our team with no results. A Hac Tao does emerge from hiding to engage the Irmandinho. The Irmandinho is lost and the Hac Tao reengages it's camouflage state.

At this point I focus our attack on the rouge AI. The remaining Dog Warrior leads the advance and lays down smoke.

This allows our Spetsnaz to drop in and D-Charge the server, destroying it. Again our teams exchange fire to little avail. In an effort to dislodge the enemy link I order the Antipodes forward. There isn't much cover but most of the Antipodes make contact, tying up the enemy link.

The Strelok near the enemy console attacks the enemy hacker, easily eliminating him. The other Strelok uses the smoke to advance on the enemy lines.

Some elite enemy martial artist does a flippy jump kick at the Strelok, but that nonsense doesn't fly with the men of Dawn. He shrugged off multiple kicks and punches.

The enemy link finishes off the antipodes, but they lose one in the process.

The Dog Warrior forces the Hac Tao out of hiding and the Strelok finishes him off. The Spetsnaz unloads his shotgun into Tai Sheng's back but fails to eliminate him.

The link team and dynamo take up covering positions in the center.

Unfortunately, I missed a small avenue of approach. An airborne trooper managed to drop in and disable our server before the enemy fled the field. I take full responsibility for our failure and submit myself for disciplinary action.
