I had to spend two or three orders with the nikoul (and risk it) to kill the Epsilon since my AO Clipsos needed to move through the Epsilon's LoS to arrive to the console. Luckily, after a few trys, the Epsilon was dead.
Killing the Epsilon didn't mean that the life of the Clipsos was going to be easy. There was a Nyoka with heavy rocket launcher with the console and its surrounding area on LoS. I risked a lot by ignoring the Nyoka's shots and trying to activate de console, two times because the first one failed! Luckilly the camo -6 worked well and the Nyoka failed the shots.
Pheroware tactics mirrorball is awesome. Actually, Taqeuls are awesome... Without being seen by the enemy one of my taqeuls, the one that wasn't the Lieutennant, placed a 0 vision area around the console and the Aelis went unoticed and activated the console. The rest of my turn was a little bit of placement of this triad and the other one in prevision for the next turns.
A disguised hacker knocked down Aelis Keesan, but in return he died because of a mine... And honestly, I don't remember how the taqeul was knocked down... ^^U
Luckily for me, I passed both regeneration throws before my turn started.
I had to do it... I had to sacrify a 13 makaul trying to kill Hector and other things, and it worked. A 37 points betatrooper and Hector (69 points worth) were killed, while the other betatrooper suffered one wound. The makaul died, but it totally was worth it.
My last action of the previous turn was to put the lasting makaul where you can see it on the picture, so if Parvati or the betatrooper was activated, it could burn both of them. Parvati moved toward the betatrooper, tried to repair it... and the makaul burned both of them.
From this point the remaining nyoka (I don't remember how the first one died) attacked my lieutenant and knocked her down, but with a successful regeneration throw, she was still active. In my last turn I moved the other taqeul towards the lieutenant and the sukeul, formed a new triad, attacked the nyoka with the lieutenant taqeul and killed it.
With the remaining orders, Aelis made the classified objective Sabotage.
Only a kytta remote was still standing, quite hidden. So, with only one order and nothing to do, my opponent decided to not play his last turn.
And now, a minute of silence to honor Tooti Puunu, the makaul that sacrificed his life to neutralize a huge menace for his team.
I love this style of report! Great work on this!
