Durgama Takeover

As the fighting for Durgama intensified. A Band of Knights decided to get the upper hand in future conflicts by kidnapping some Haqqislam scientist. The Sword of Allah will not accept such behaviour.

Forward sentries quickly confirmed christian military within the Alfutna Perimeter. Enemy Scouts had limited the mobility of our counterintelligence units but enemy support lines could nevertheless be cut short. The PanOcean attempt to gather footage of the facility to use in future Maya propaganda was thwarted by the timely advance of the main Guard unit (Magh. G. XF-02/7b). The enemy Incursion was to be stopped before gaining more ground. Cmd. Liram (ASW-93482C) acted as forward element and was eager to stop anything or anyone with her surpressive fire.

The Asawira did not have to wait too long. The roaring of his bike announced the Montesa Knight's arival. Courageously he waded through the enemy fire, only to be cut down moments before meeting with is foe (Note for Command: Commendation of bravery, ASW-93482C - Commendation of Valour). On the other side of the area, the teutonic Warband decided to act, flushing out our forward elements while braving the sacred wrath of Allah. The value of panocean armor was proven this day, time and time again. (Losses: Irregular-Hzkt O. Gintam, Fiday Agent - Name: Redacted).

Sensing the danger of the teutonic fireteam, our assigned irregular Malik ben Turibin (Des. Monstrucker - Gabquar Region) sprung into action. As She was equipped with specialized immobilization weaponry (E/M Grenades) she passed betewwen our guard posts and engaged the teutonic warband head on. Faithfully lead by Allah and the supervising defence opratives, she was abled to extract a member of the Nomad science crewa and returned back behind our lines, having stopped the enemy advance at the same time. (Recommendation: Integrate Malik into the Sword of Allah!)

A moment of distraction threatened the success of this defensive operation. Like a shadow a Trinitarian slipped through the middle of the complex. Well hidden between cars, lorries and planters, he snatched away one of the less diligent members of the science crew. All guards immediatley readied to take out the Invader.

The facility went into full alert, it was clear, that the safeguarding and extraction had to be completed within moments. Cmd Liram crossed the lines, took out the entirety of the enemy backup team and tried to engage with the Kidnapper. From the other side of the compound the Guard Unit XF-02/7b hammered shots down the line, but they hit nothing but the thin air. In the end our trusted Farzan Zirael brought back another Nomad crew member. PanOcean Forces were allowed to retreat back into the shadows, to lessen the diplomatic impact of the skirmish.

There was little more to do. While trading back a few shots, another invader fell before the fire of the Main Guard Unit. Having lost their commanding officer, the PanOceans acted disorganized and retreated briefly after.
